Description
Richard Oulahan interviews Eugenia Kimble, a labor activist working with the American Federation of Teachers and the AFL-CIO in Central America. She also worked with the National Endowment for Democracy, and discusses the importance of the labor movement in democratization work in Central America. She touches on her work with the Polish labor movement, Solidarity. She comments on the ethics of AIFLD’s political partnerships with right-wing groups in El Salvador.
