Richard Oulahan interviews William “Bill” Douglas on the telephone on March 13, 2012. Douglas was the Head of Education at AIFLD during 1971-75. He talks about working with political matters and unions in Latin American and Asian countries during the 1970s-1980s through the AIFLD. Douglas also talks about the incidents that happened in the countries the AIFLD worked with during this time period.
