Growing up is hard, and as Felix comes to grips with all the various roles he must play in his life, he also has to find time to figure out what role the wings he was born with play in his life.

    Service is a play which I wrote and directed for my senior project in Theatre. It is a dark comedy that dabbles in both farce and melodrama, following fictional Bryn Mawr School of Social Work student Ramsay Kay in his quest to write a dissertation ("...to save the world") on criminal rehabilitation. Funded by a prestigious grant, Ramsay's research takes him into the world of court-ordered community service--first as an observer, but eventually as a participant. Two broken noses later (one his own), Ramsay, an only-child from a white upper-middle class family, is in way over his head--though it is there that he finally finds company.
